　　博士，教授、博士生导师、西南政法大学校长、党委副书记。中国人权研究会全国理事会理事；中国法学会常务理事。主要从事马克思主义人权理论的研究，发表学术论文100余篇，主持和主研国家及省部级科研项目20余项，出版法学教材、专著、辞书等40余部。

　　Professor Fu Zitang, Ph.D of Jurisprudence, is president and vice party chief of Southwest University of Political Science and Law. He is an executive director of China Law Society and a member of China Society for Human Rights. He specializes in Marxist theory on human rights, and has published over 100 dissertations and over 40 textbooks and monographs. He has conducted over 20 nation-level and province-level research projects.
