山东大学人权研究中心主任、教授

　　泰山学者特聘教授，《人权研究》主编，外交部人权专家库成员。研究领域为法理学、宪法学和行政法学、人权法学。积极投身我国人权立法与教育工作，多次受邀参与法律草案论证、国家人权政策研议。

　　Qi Yanping is a distinguished professor of Taishan Scholars Program, and director of the Center for Human Rights Studies at Shandong University. He is the Chief Editor of the journal Human Rights Studies. He is an expert in jurisprudence, constitutional law, administrative law and human rights law. As a member of the Human Rights Tank of Experts, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Professor Qi has participated in the drafting of human rights legislations and the national human rights policy making.
