Liu Huawen, is Ph.D. in Law, Associate Professor, Institute of International Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), Director of the Editorial Office of International Law Journal, Institute of International Law, CASS, Council Member of China Society for Human Rights Studies. He had been visiting scholar in Oslo University, Norway, Lund University, Sweden and Amsterdam University, the Netherlands. His publication includes paper On Right of the Child to Birth Registration published in Canada, books On Dissymmetry of States' Substantial and Procedural Obligations under International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and ICCPR and its International Implementation Mechanism (co-authored with Zhu Xiaoqing).
